Escape to Goa and deep dive into the world of Yin Yoga. Learn the methodology of a Yin Yoga Practice and how to introduce it into your practice and to your students, the anatomy of the body’s connective tissues, the energetic system and how to blend meditation into this practice. Develop your Yin Teaching voice and how to hold space, sequencing classes that address imbalances through the meridians safely.
This training is open to current and aspiring yoga teachers, as well as enthusiastic students who wish to spend the weekend immersed in all things Yin! Yoga Alliance Certified (YACEP)

Yin is increasing in popularity, it is often seen as the 'other side of our practice' offering a needed contrast to out Yang lifestyles, active yoga styles, CrossFit, cycling, running and just the general frenetic pace of day-to-day life.
Yin Yoga is a unique combination of traditional Yoga, Taoist practices, and Mindfulness Meditation. The body gradually releases its habitual holding as the poses are held passively for several minutes at a time, affecting the nervous system, the body’s connective tissues, and its energetic pathways, like a form of self-acupressure. Concentration, mindfulness, and receptivity are cultivated in the poses, making Yin Yoga a wonderful introduction to meditation. 


Alison Quinlan is a E-RYT 500 specialising in Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra. 
Alison is Founder and Principal Teacher at Namaste House, Ireland. As a former ballet student, she has always had a passion for movement. A firm believer in the power of physical expression, Alison helps her students connect with the breath, intuition and the present moment to find a sense of home within the body.

She has decades of experience in Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin and Iyengar Yoga combining all disciplines in her Vinyasa classes. Dividing her time teaching between Ireland and India she continually studies new and old yogic traditions and implements them in both her practice and teaching.


In every class, Alison is best known for bringing her sense of humour, music, song, dance and her extensive knowledge of the healing field. In addition to Namaste House, she works at a local Cancer Survivor Support Center teaching a variety of holistic and therapeutic complementary practices to those most in need of a safe haven for bodies and minds.

Jamboree Creek is an initiative of Ms. Priyanka Sharma, a graduate of Hotel Management, who left the metropolitan life, moved to a small village in Goa to start this enterprise at the age of 21. Her desire being to work with and closer to nature using concept of eco living and permaculture wherever possible. She has been traveling around continents to get ideas and inspiration on how to make holiday a productive and creative way of life for everyone.
A French-designed swimming pool and a “green” creekside by the pool is a perfect and serene place to spend the starry evenings. 


Cottages, made of pinewood, have been designed in collaboration with a Dutch and Indian duo (Simrit and Ridha) Permaculture designers and architect which are nestled in a serene and lush green location.
You will experience unique open to air showers with mud and oxide walls in the bath perfect for sunbathing and moon gazing.

Following ‘organic’ values, a clean and green kitchen garden has been planted. Enjoy morning organically home-grown lemongrass tea, followed by Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner of fresh fruit from our own trees, and veggies growing on site, to keep you happy, healthy and relaxed.
