Explore – Dream – Discover: A week of immersion in yoga, coaching, nature and Bali.
Take the time to slow down, connect with your inner wisdom, explore, dream, and discover your life’s vision in a tranquil and peaceful environment.
Christine will guide you to reflect on your thought patterns and beliefs which hold you back from being your most incredible self. We will use specific and systematic techniques to reach a state of deep relaxation to support your inner inquiry and transition on a physical, mental and emotional level.
You will discover the essence of who you are and how to deepen your connection with your inner self, enabling you create a life that is aligned with what’s truly important to you.
The yoga classes in the morning will involve a combination of dynamic flow sequences, pranayama exercises and deep relaxation. The evening practice will be restorative and include Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique to completely calm all your senses. The classes are designed for all levels of experience.
During the retreat, we will work with visualizations and writing exercises. In addition, each participant will be guided in a coaching session to further explore and discover her/his dreams.
