WHAT WILL I LEARN
200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with yin immersion. This yoga teacher training will allow you to integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga into a modern day, creative, accessible practice.
It will take you on a journey of self love, self discovery and transformation. You will deepen your knowledge and experience of yoga and emerge with a stronger, truer understanding of who you really are.
This training is so much more then just learning yoga poses and being able to teach asana. Yes you will learn alignment, intelligent sequencing, anatomy, how to cue etc but more then that you will find compassion at the heart of our teaching and through that lens will develop the ability for leading others into a healthier more whole way of life. ..... and Manda Island is paradise, the perfect place to learn and live in the moment.
