Give an impulse to your creativity and release stress through daily yoga practice, water dance and contact dance workshops in a quirky old stone villa with swimming pool. Connect with likeminded people and share emotions in a deep creative way.
Appreciate the sunset in Motovun, a medieval hilltop vilage and wander the cobblestone streets of chic Rovinj. Treat your senses with homemade pasta, truffles & local wines in Terra Magica, Istria’s second name.

Focus of this retreat is to learn how to release stress and how to deal with fears and ununpredictable situation. Movement is a great way to release tension and get back to a relaxed state. Rhytmic movement can also bring us into the state of mindfulness, giving our body a chance to press the reset button and kick in our natural healing and renewal processes.

Each day starts with the morning yoga class. Our creative and gentle Ashtanga Vinyasa flow classes are led by an experienced certified yoga teacher who will inspire you to move softly with love. The practice is combined with chakra balancing meditation.

3 afternoons will be dedicated to adventurous activities. Enjoy in truffle hunting & tasting in the medieval hilltop villlage Motovun. Get lost in the colorful streets of Old Town in Rovinj. You will learn Roman history while visiting Colosseum and Roman Forum in Pula. Take a moment to admire sunset while practicing SUP yoga and surrender yourself during the conscious walks in Nature Park Kamenjak.

The rest of the days, enjoy leisure time by the swimming pool and express yourself through Contact Dance, Water dance and Free Movements. Dive into your emotions and reveal your inner self in these guided rythmic dance forms.

With Face Yoga we emphasize on stimulating your face muscles. This stimulation strengthens the muscles and keep them trained on a regular basis and helps skin to regenerate. The skin’s face stays relaxed and signs of aging become almost invisible. It is fun and healthy workshop that will relax your mind and reveal your inner child.

Example of daily schedule

  • 7:30 – 8:00 coffee, tea and fruits

  • 8:00 - 09:30 - morning yoga practice

  • 10:30- 12:30 brunch

  • 12:30 - 18:30 time for activities or leisure time

  • 18:30 -20:00 dinner

program may vary slightly as each day different activities will be organized

We welcome solo travellers, couples or groups of friends of all ages and all levels of yoga practice. The groups are small so that everyone gets the individual attention.

You will be accomodated in a quirky old stone villa hidden from views, built into the site of a quarry with a garden and a swimming pool. The location itself inspires creativity and allows you to wander off in the surrounding forest.

About the Yoga teacher:
Ivana is a Zagreb based yoga teacher. After working several years in different companies, she discovered she gives much more to the world by listening to her heart. She, then, decided to make her ideas grow in the yoga field. After finishing her first yoga teacher training, she started teaching different classes and organizing different yoga programs. She developed experiences in different yoga styles (ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, prenatal, postnatal).

Besides yoga, her interests go for traveling, food, wine, music, art, and meeting people from all around the globe. Knowing different cultures is also a way to know hers.

About the Chef:
Kruno has a more than 10 years of cooking experience. His experiences lead him to become a passionate gardener. He appreciates quality ingredients and fresh foods. Last two years he focused on making vegan and vegetarian dishes with seasonal and organic ingredients from local farms. This is how he guarantees that his meals bring necessary nutrients for a healthy body and soul.

Besides preparing delicious meals, Kruno enjoys spending his free time hiking and practicing yoga.

About the Facilitator:
Sasha is a passionate Yoga practitioner and experienced tour guide. After working several years for world leaders American and Australian travel companies, her life path led her to dedicate herself to the Yoga field. Her love for travel, tourism, Yoga and adventures made her create FIGE YOGA RETREATS specialized in Yoga and meeting local cultures. “Travel broadens one’s scope” is one of her favorite quotes.
Taking care and guiding people through her culture during her tour guides makes her a natural facilitator for the retreats. Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horse back riding.
