3 nights of self care in the gorgeous Scottish highlands. Vinyasa yoga each morning followed by Yin yoga and guided mediation sessions in the evening. We provide all nourishing food and all outdoor activities. We encourage you to relax by the fire and indulge in the sauna and hot tub.
