I (Katie) invite you to join me in this lovingly put together weekend of yoga, fresh air and beautiful souls practicing with joy and welcoming wellness Come and practice yoga and meditation with breathtaking views, walk with the waterfalls, soothe the soul and re-energise your body.
The weekend includes:
2 guided mindfulness walks by breathtaking waterfalls and stunning scenery,
2 nights accommodation in the picturesque, peaceful Hilltop Bunkbarn
Delicious Vegan Food (all meals & refreshments included)
Optional Sunrise Meditation
Sunset Restorative yoga & Yoga nidra

The opportunity to book one-to-one yoga, body work and other holistic therapies during free time (additional cost)
Whether you have an established practice and are ready to go deeper, or are new to yoga but keen to immerse yourself in the strength, flexibility and peace of mind that comes with practicing, each workshop will be taught with plenty of modifications and progressions so you can get the very most out of the weekend.
I teach with compassion, honouring both physical and subtle anatomy, welcoming all genders, experience levels, preconceptions,shapes and sizes to the mat to take time out of the hustle and bustle and feel good!
It is important to me that yoga, meditation and an opportunity to develop your practice is accessible to as many as possible which is why the investment is £210 (with an interest free payment plan available), and why I have chosen to provide communal, peaceful and clean accomodation and wholesome and pure plant-based food.
I am also mindful about keeping this retreat as carbon neutral as possible, and so encourage car sharing where possible and will be planting 3 trees to bring balance.
