Mid-March in the wilds of Mid-Wales at Tyddyn Retreat.
A yoga retreat of embodied somatic movement practices inspired by traditional yoga and the profoundly wise work of Vanda Scaravelli. I've been teaching for over 12 years and love to offer a combination of more dynamic morning practices and more curious and nourishing afternoons.
We have 4 days days and 3 nights together in beautiful natural surroundings full of birds and walks, hills and vistas.
Our accommodation is spread across a stunning farmhouse and 2 gloriously converted barns. All the accommodation is to a very high standard and the decor is warm, welcoming, worldly and inspiring. There are quiet snug corners with books, maps and fields, rivers and fires to meet your indoor and outdoor longings!
We will also be joined by an exceptionally gifted massage therapist for 2 days if you want a massage at an additional cost. I am very excited about this!
A shared room (single supplement availablefor £100)
3 days of 3 meals per day all tea coffee's and cakes. All meals are inspiring wholesome and vegetarian made with locally sourced produce and are taken together in the farmhouse kitchen.
